Ingredients

  • Whatever veggies you have — bell peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, all of the above
  • Olive oil
  • Carnesazo All-Purpose Seasoning — don't hold back!
  • Skewers (soak wooden ones first so they don't burn)

Instructions

  1. Chop your veggies into chunks. Doesn't have to be pretty — it's going on a stick.

  2. Toss them with olive oil and ¡ponle Carnesazo! — be generous.

  3. Thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally. Y ya.

🌡️ Tip: Veggies are flexible — cook them until they've got a nice char and are tender to your liking. No thermometer needed here!
