Veggie Skewers

Ingredients
- Whatever veggies you have — bell peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, all of the above
- Olive oil
- Carnesazo All-Purpose Seasoning — don't hold back!
- Skewers (soak wooden ones first so they don't burn)
Instructions
Chop your veggies into chunks. Doesn't have to be pretty — it's going on a stick.
Toss them with olive oil and ¡ponle Carnesazo! — be generous.
Thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally. Y ya.
🌡️ Tip: Veggies are flexible — cook them until they've got a nice char and are tender to your liking. No thermometer needed here!
