Spicy Veggie Skewers
A vibrant mix of vegetables, transformed by a generous dash of Carnesazo.

Ingredients
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 8 oz whole mushrooms
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Carnesazo All-Purpose Seasoning
- Wooden or metal skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables.
Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with the Carnesazo seasoning. Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
Thread the vegetables onto the skewers, alternating them for a colorful pattern.
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes, until the vegetables are tender and have nice char marks.
Serve immediately as a side dish or a vegetarian main course.
